We didn’t originally buy this little vacuum for him. But then it came in, and he was a toddler, and it was perfectly sized for him. So he claimed it, and my floors rejoiced.
I’ve since told many people with toddlers and preschoolers that this vacuum- the Hoover Linx Cordless Stick Vacuum– makes a great gift for littles.
Based on their feedback, AND the fact that at 4.5 years old he is still obsessed (and it still works great!), it remains on my list of awesome things for kids that you can’t buy at a toy store.
Our house is on the market, so that means we clean the heck out of it every single day, especially the days we have showings. Lowell wakes up in the morning and the first thing he tells me is, “I gotta get to work, momma! I gotta clean dis house.”
He does not get this from me.
Today, he actually requested pictures with his vacuum.
So we had a Lowell and vacuum photo shoot.
That’s what I did with my Sunday.
Well, that and get ready for a showing that was canceled 15 minutes after we left the house.
We’ve had this vacuum for about 2 years, I think. It’s been great. Here’s an affiliate link if you want to check it out, or add it to your toddler’s wish list.

There’s no link and I neeeeed that vacuum for the current Little Guy I look after several days a week. He loves my Shark but the handle is touchy and I’m afraid he’s going to break it. This one is the perfect one for him.
Please email me the link and I will order one straight away; many thanks.
