LOL, too funny. I am on day 5 of 30 day shred (should be day 7 but, well…the weekend sort of messed up my perfect run.)
Enjoy!

And isn’t it so annoying that you have wait for the DVD to play the full intro before you start to work. It makes a 20 minute workout take almost 30 minutes!

My husband and I have been doing 30 day shred together but we fell off the wagon. Jillian kicks ass! lol We have to get back on- planks in level 2? Now I want to get there!
