My mom just told me about a co-worker who’s son lost his job and so she has been struggling to make enough money to help them out and asked my mom if i had any baby clothes. Well, I was saving all my baby clothes for my next kid and her grandson is the same size as my son is now but i managed to gather a medium sized suitcase full of clothes for her grandson. We are going to visit my mom for a week in Maine so we are bringing the clothes with us for him.. It really makes me feel good to give something.
Plus, I always donate cash to the salvation army and any donation tables at the stores!

I would get the MBS piece for myself, we just had family photos taken and it would be neat to see it on a MBS piece.
I didn’t donate to a foodbank, I donated money for a collection specifically for two families. There are two families that go to the same Speech Therapist as my son. One of these families has six autistic children. I can’t imagine! I feel strongly led to do more so tomorrow I’m going to get two giftcards for the families as well. I hope they feel love and warmth this season. 🙂

As far as the MBS piece, I would be selfish and get a candid photo that I took of my son and I. He’s kissing me and it’s so sweet and innocent. I think it’s absolutely gorgeous and so meaningful since emotions are difficult since he’s autistic.
