Love is in the air, right?

No? More like snow is in the air and on the ground and OMG SOMEBODY BETTER SHOVEL THAT SOON?

I mean, not for me… in Texas. It’s a glorious 60 something here and the sun is shining. Don’t hate. You’ll have your weather envy revenge on me the months of June through September… possibly October.

What I’m saying is LOOK, PHONES! Distraction! Shiny!

Let’s pretend love really is in the air. And that love could win you not just one, but TWO new Windows phones. Red ones! On Valentines Day!

I’ve already told you the story of how Scott and I met, so if you want the full version, check it out here. The short story? I stalked him the first half of my sophomore year of college (after discovering him at my local grocery store), then he finally wound up at one of the tables I was waiting at a sports bar. We talked all night, he asked for my number, and the rest is history. That was 12 years ago as of this January 31st. TWELVE YEARS.

Stalking pays off!

The Windows phone team wants to celebrate love by giving you a chance to share your “how we met” story on Facebook. I made mine earlier today and it was, frankly, adorable. Though I think it will be even cooler for those of you who actually met your significant other when you both had Facebook accounts… or if you met ON Facebook. It will probably make you squee. (NOTE! It doesn’t have to be a story of how you met a love interest. It can be a friend!)
