I concur on all points. Except for the mashed potatoes–it’s fries all the way, baby.
I’d also like to add re: freaking out over child not breathing at night–as soon as you figure out they’re not dead, you totally want them to go back to sleep. Like immediately.

Maureen, yes, French Fries are a far less messy option. They are like portable mashed potatoes
